01 Information collected
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message and company name if you choose to provide it. If we continue the conversation, I also keep the correspondence you send.
Website services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
02 How information is used
I use your contact details and message to review your enquiry, respond and manage our conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. I do not sell your personal information.
Providing an enquiry is voluntary. Your name, email address and message are required to use the form; your company name is optional. You can ask me to stop following up at any time by email.
Technical information is used to operate, secure and improve the website. Information may also be retained or disclosed where required by law.
03 Service providers
I use website hosting, analytics, email delivery and email storage providers. They process information needed to provide those services; your enquiry is delivered to my inbox.
These services involve processing or storing information outside the UAE, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. You can contact me to ask which providers handle your enquiry and where they process it.
04 How long it is kept
Inactive enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last correspondence and then deleted from my mailbox, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can request earlier deletion. If an enquiry becomes an ongoing engagement, records needed for that engagement may be kept for its duration and any applicable legal retention period.
Service providers may retain technical logs and backup copies for different periods under their own retention and deletion schedules. Mailbox deletion does not immediately remove every backup copy.
05 Analytics & browser storage
The website uses cookie-free web analytics to understand visits, popular pages, referral sources and general device and location information. The contact form does not send your name, email, company or message to the website analytics service as event data.
Your browser also stores settings locally, such as whether you dismissed the site notice and the graphics quality setting. You can remove these by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser.
06 Your choices & requests
You can email steve.haddadmedia@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restrictions, object to processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Please describe your request and, where possible, email from the address used for your enquiry. I will request only the additional information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate your records, and respond within the time limits required by applicable law.
If I cannot fulfil all or part of a request, I will explain why, including any legal requirement to retain information. Withdrawing consent, where it is the basis for processing, does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority responsible for your complaint.
07 Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or its information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest published version. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, I will provide that notice or obtain consent before the change takes effect.
