The studio is a production accelerator, not an auto-publisher. Generated people, architecture, and detail still pass through human review before anything ships, versions live in the browser session, and the cost figure is a configurable estimate rather than provider-billed usage. The marketing team selects, refines, and approves every final asset.

The Problem

Every campaign needs photography nobody has

A community marketing team needs a steady supply of imagery — social posts, deck slides, flyers, library shots. Organising a photoshoot for every campaign is slow and expensive, and generic stock rarely looks like the UAE, the community, or the brand.

Raw AI generators are not the answer either. Left uncontrolled, they produce waxy skin, malformed hands, warped buildings, and fake typography — and asking an image model to draw the logo distorts the one thing that must never be distorted.

So the studio splits the job: the model does photography, the application does brand.

The studio opens with one question — what are you creating? — and the answer drives the dimensions, the initial brand layers, the composition instructions, and the export.

Deliverables, not model settings

Marketers think in posts, decks, and flyers — so that is the interface. The model parameters, prompt expansion, and format maths stay out of sight.

How It Works

Brief in, branded asset out

One interface carries the whole path — idea, generation, refinement, brand treatment, and export — without ever asking the image model to do the brand’s job.

Start from the deliverable

The first question is “what are you creating?”, not a model settings panel. The chosen purpose sets the available dimensions, the initial brand layers, the composition instructions, and the output workflow.

Brief the shot

The user picks a marketing subject — people, properties, amenities, service teams, events, or seasonal — then writes or refines a prompt. Quick controls add direction: warm natural light, candid moments, a UAE setting, premium styling, greenery.

Server-side art direction

Every request is expanded with a production-realism specification: believable camera behaviour, natural daylight, correct anatomy, coherent architecture, restrained colour grading, and subtle real-world imperfection. It explicitly rejects waxy skin, malformed hands, duplicated people, warped buildings, fake bokeh, excessive HDR, and generated text.

Generate or enhance

A server route calls FLUX Kontext Pro through fal.ai — text-to-image for new photography, image-guided editing for uploaded photographs. The provider key lives in an environment variable and never reaches the browser.

Version and refine

Every successful generation lands as a new version. A refinement instruction — “softer light”, “fewer people”, “wider framing” — creates the next version without losing the last, with an estimated cost per run and the session total on screen.

Brand and export

Campaign label, headline, and supporting copy are edited as browser layers over the clean image, the brand mark is dragged into place, extra icons are uploaded and positioned, and the Canvas API composites everything into a PNG at the selected dimensions.

Photo Enhancement

Real photographs, conservatively enhanced

The team often already has an accurate photograph of a villa, park, or amenity — it just needs life in it. The enhancement path adds the lifestyle scene while a property lock keeps the real estate honest.

Adds a family, children, residents, or community staff to a real photograph.

Places people naturally — foreground, pathway, garden, poolside, or entrance.

Improves greenery or clears visual clutter without re-imagining the scene.

Preserves the architecture, roads, windows, doors, boundaries, and camera viewpoint.

Resizes uploads client-side before editing, keeping payloads practical and reliable.

Modifies only what was asked for; everything else in the frame stays as shot.

The property lock

A marketing image of a real place must stay a truthful image of that place. The enhancement prompt instructs the model to modify only what was requested and to preserve the location — which is what keeps fictional balconies and invented landscaping out of the library.

The Brand Layer

The model never draws the logo

Image models are unreliable at exact typography and logo reproduction, so the studio never asks. The AI returns clean photography; branding is applied afterwards as layers that stay editable to the last moment.

Editable campaign copy

Campaign label, headline, and supporting line, positioned left, centre, or right, switched on or off per image.

Overlay strength

A legibility control dials the overlay up or down so copy stays readable over any photograph.

Draggable brand mark

The mark snaps to preset corners or drags anywhere on the image, and can be hidden entirely for library shots.

Additional icons

PNG, JPG, or WebP icons upload as independent layers that move, resize, hide, or delete.

PNG export

The Canvas API composites photograph, overlay, typography, mark, and icons into a final PNG at the selected dimensions.

Clean source, always

The underlying photograph carries no words, numbers, logos, or watermarks — so every asset stays reusable.

The split that makes it work

The model is responsible for photography. The application is responsible for exact brand treatment. Because the two never mix, every output is sharper, editable, and reusable — and the brand is never at the mercy of a diffusion model.

Designed the workflow around marketing deliverables: the studio opens with what the image is for, and that choice drives dimensions, brand layers, and composition — the model settings stay hidden

Wrote the server-side production-realism specification and the negative artifact controls that reject waxy skin, malformed hands, duplicated people, warped architecture, and generated text before they happen

Built the photo-enhancement path with a property lock: existing structures, boundaries, and the camera viewpoint are preserved while residents, greenery, and activity are added

Separated brand from generation entirely — the model produces clean photography, and the application applies campaign copy, the brand mark, and icons as editable, draggable browser layers

Built version history with iterative refinement, so “softer light” or “fewer people” creates a new version without destroying the last one
